大卫科波菲尔英文读后感

　　寒假里，我读了英国著名作家狄更斯的一本名著《大卫.科波菲尔》，从中感悟了许多启示。

　　大卫，一名普通的男孩。在他出生前父亲便已去世，留下年轻的母亲和保姆来照顾这个小家伙。虽然没得到过父爱，但在大人们的精心呵护下，大卫拥有了一段美好的童年。直到一天，母亲与一位男士相爱，大卫有了一个继父，一切都改变了。继父象魔鬼，贪婪凶狠，继父的姐姐也是个铁石心肠的人。温暖的家变得如冰窖般寒冷，很快大卫的母亲在他们姐弟的折磨下病逝了，大卫辍学做了童工。

　　在此期间，大卫有幸逃了出去，投奔了姨婆贝西。在贝西与狄克先生的帮助下，大卫得到了良好的教育，并与故人重逢。虽然饱经磨难，但善良、正直的品质一直留在大卫的身上。在接受死亡与分别的洗礼后，大卫在事业上有所成就，并收获了温馨的爱情。

　　与狄更斯的另一部作品《雾都孤儿》相比，它更加完美，不仅带有青年时的愤慨，更多了几分成熟，也更加贴近现实。无论孩童时代的大卫，还是青年时代的大卫，身上那股韧劲令人赞叹。如果换成我，我也能象大卫这样吗?面对凶狠的继父我会保持冷静吗?在经历那么多失败，我还会拥有希望吗?我觉得我很难做到。

　　从大卫的身上我看到，在危难之中，拥有乐观的心态是多么的重要，只有这样，我们才能成为那逆风飞翔的蝶。其实成功离我并不遥远，只要坚持追求，总能将他捉住，而我却常常畏惧失败，不敢向前。今后无论遇到怎样的困难，我一定以大卫为榜样，做一株看似柔弱，但历经风雨永不弯曲的青竹!

　　读了《大卫·科波菲尔》这本书后，我发现这本书吸引我的不止是那跌宕起伏的故事情节，还有贯穿全文的感情线。从大卫的母亲克拉拉小姐和摩德斯通先生，辟国提和巴吉斯，海穆和爱弥丽，密考伯夫妇，斯提福兹和爱弥丽……这一条条感情线编织成了细密的网支撑着整部小说。但是这些原本看似美好的爱情最终却没有好的结局：克拉拉小姐因劳累和病痛去世了;巴吉斯也因病而终;爱弥丽没有选择与青梅竹马的海穆长相厮守，而是选择了与斯提福兹私奔，但最后还是被抛弃;密考伯夫妇整日奔波，居无定所，也谈不上幸福美满。这些都让我觉得大卫最后也得不到自己的幸福。

　　我刚开始对大卫·科波菲尔这个人物并没有什么好感，我觉得他胆小、懦弱，面对家暴不敢反抗。所以当他的爱情受阻时，我一度以为他会放弃，可大卫的选择让我吃惊。他并没有放弃对自己所爱之人的追求，而是努力让自己变得更加优秀，让自己能够配得上朵拉。虽然朵拉是个娇气的富家小姐，但是她纯洁、善良，接受了当时身无分文的大卫，大卫也并未因朵拉不会持家而改变他对朵拉的爱，他们俩都努力地让这个家变得更加幸福。

　　我想这可能就是结局，但是命运好像并没有放过大卫，朵拉的离世让大卫对生活再次失去了信心，也让我更加坚定了之前的想法。但是有一位女子完全颠覆了我的想法和态度，她就是艾妮斯。我好像从未注意到她，可在整本书中总能找到她的身影。她在大卫难过的时候默默安慰、支撑着;她平静地接受了大卫有爱人的事实;她能够与朵拉友好的相处;她在大卫失去朵拉后扔接受了大卫，她才是整个故事最善良的人吧。她为自己心爱的人默默付出的同时还承载着等待的痛苦，因为她，我原谅了大卫的再婚，因为他让我明白什么叫做在真正的爱。

　　作者最终还是让大卫和艾妮斯在一起了，这是留给大卫最美好的结局也是留给读者最温暖的结局吧。
